Earring Club FAQs

What is the Earring Club?
When you join the Earring Club, you'll receive a pair of earrings every month. These earrings will be exclusive designs only available to club members.
 
Why Should I Join?
It's hitting the easy button - you get a fabulous jewelry refresh at an amazing price. At $38 a month, you'll be saving money, supporting artisans, and looking amazing. You can also gift a pair…or gift a subscription!
 
Adding earrings is the quickest way to complete an outfit, pull a casual outfit up or make a dressy outfit more casual. I've already designed the first 6 months of earrings and I LOVE each of them. There will be a variety of shapes and sizes so you are always getting something different.
 
Why the Earring Club?
My goal with Abby Alley is to provide women with quality, elevated pieces while prioritizing people before profit. The most important thing I can do to ensure our partners are able to grow and thrive is to order consistently (and hopefully more over time). With the Earring Club we are providing consistency and I get to be creative and design some amazing earrings.
 
I hope you'll try it! You can always cancel the subscription any time. :)

 

How It Works

After the 15th of every month you will receive a new pair of earrings, exclusively available to our club members. Each month brings a new surprise of a sustainably and ethically made pair of earrings, each a bit different than the next, and designed with love. After your initial purchase, you will be charged on the 15th of every month (skipping a month if your initial purchase was after the 15th to ensure you aren't double charged).

 

 

When Does It Start

Subscription orders placed on or after the 15th are for the next month's delivery.

 

 

Delivery

At times, the handcrafted nature of our special items may lead to delays in delivery, so we appreciate your patience. Please note that the product pictured at checkout is for illustrative purposes only. The item you receive will vary.

 

 

Manage Your Account

Using the same email address on your order, you will need to create an account in order to manage your subscription. You can manage your subscription by navigating to your account page and clicking on “Manage Subscription” on the top left of the page. Email abby@abbyalley.com for help.

 

 

 

Subscription Details
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.


Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Earring Club products.

Meet the Team

We are a small, but mighty team at Abby Alley! I (Abby) take on several roles as the founder and visionary for the brand, from designing our products to developing and executing our sales and marketing strategy. I write all of our emails and am the person on Instagram (feel free to say hi!).

Heather leads the way managing inventory, packing up your orders, and receiving all of our incoming product from Kenya. She's also the only reason the plant in our studio stays alive!

Heather and I connected over our mutual love of ethical, luxury goods and the drive to empower women in business and life. I’m so grateful she’s part of the team!
