Shipping

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the US for $150+ orders. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days from our studio in Chicago, IL.

Currently, we ship only ship to the US and Canada. Canadian customers will be responsible for any customs fees. 

International Shipping

While we do not accept direct international orders at this time, we suggest creating an account with Shipito which enables international shoppers to ship items to a personalized US-based address which will then forward the package to the appropriate international destination. The shipping cost is up to 80% lower than traditional methods of international shipping which helps you save money and helps us keep things simple! 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase with us, but we get it, sometimes things just aren't quite right. We're here to help by making an exchange quick and easy.

All of our products are created by hand with care. Slight variations can be expected from time to time, but if you feel that the piece you've ordered isn't quite what you thought, we accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of the ship date. You may get a full refund or receive a store credit to exchange or use at a later time. 

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to process a return, please email abby@abbyalley.com so we get you started and make sure your item is eligible to be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and unaltered. We will send you a return label and once your return is received, we'll issue your refund. When returning your item(s), shipping costs are not refundable. We will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

If you would like a store credit, we will email your store credit code once your return is processed.

All items purchased on sale are final. No exceptions.

All items purchased at events or shows are final sale unless otherwise noted.
