Part-Time Position: Fulfillment & Customer Experience Associate (Chicago-based)

Hours: ~10(ish) hours per week
Location: In-person, Chicago

Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team member to manage order fulfillment and provide excellent customer support. This role is hands-on and based in Chicago, perfect for someone who enjoys logistics, organization, and helping a growing brand run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time

  • Manage product intake, quality control, and inventory organization

  • Track inventory and supply levels and notify team when reorders are needed

  • Handle basic customer service inquiries via email (order issues, shipping updates, etc.)

  • Maintain a clean and organized studio/workspace

  • Support occasional in-person events/pop-ups

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Comfort with technology (Shopify or other ecommerce platforms a plus)

  • Ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs

  • Previous retail, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred
