Part-Time Position: Fulfillment & Customer Experience Associate (Chicago-based)
Hours: ~10(ish) hours per week
Location: In-person, Chicago
Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team member to manage order fulfillment and provide excellent customer support. This role is hands-on and based in Chicago, perfect for someone who enjoys logistics, organization, and helping a growing brand run smoothly.
Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time

Manage product intake, quality control, and inventory organization

Track inventory and supply levels and notify team when reorders are needed

Handle basic customer service inquiries via email (order issues, shipping updates, etc.)

Maintain a clean and organized studio/workspace

Support occasional in-person events/pop-ups
Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Comfort with technology (Shopify or other ecommerce platforms a plus)

Ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs

Previous retail, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred
