A Truly Great Sling

I have been wanting an Abby Alley Sling Bag for a while but could never decide which one to get because I wanted them all. However, as soon as I laid eyes on the French Blue I knew that had to be my first one. The bag is absolutely gorgeous in person and truly the perfect size for every day wear. I can easily fit my keys, wallet, phone, Chapstick and a lip gloss. i definitely plan on getting other colors/sizes, but in the meantime this has officially become by coveted go-to bag.

French Blue midi sling bag

This is my second AA purchase - my first one was the original sling bag in tan, which I liked, but found it a tad small. The French blue midi sling is just slightly bigger, but roomy enough that I can fit more stuff without the bag becoming to heavy across my shoulder. I love the gorgeous French blue color, and the leather is very sturdy. My only (small) complaint has to do with the design. Since it is a larger bag, I can fit more things in it. However, the zipper is positioned a little too closely to the top of the bag so that the extra things I put in there end up bulging out on top, making the zipper a little harder to close. I would recommend moving the zipper about 1/2 to 3/4 inch lower so that the bag can retain its shape and zip more easily. Otherwise, I really love this size and color!
